Third class service they are just wasting everyone's time . Bloody crupts

I'd give this place negative stars if I could. The customer service in this branch is absolutely appalling! I had to go to this branch out of necessity to get remittance cash, and the staff there behaved like hum un pe bhoj hain aur hum pay ihsaan kar rahey hain. We're paying you and using your services, we're not asking for charity. There was this one lady and OH MY GOD did she get on my nerves. She'd always be on her computer, never communicate with anyone on what they need to do, and not even look up at you unless you got up in front of her face and asked her for some attention. AND EVEN THEN, she'd ask you to go in the back and sit down and she'll call you when she's free. Like nahi madam, aap apna kaam kar lein, hum customers jo aap ko paisay de rahey hain, hum toh bas aap ka time waste karnay aaye hain. I thought mein shareef aadmi ki tarha apna turn ka wait karounga, woh khud bula le gi. I sat there for 30 minutes and she did not once look up at me. I went back to her again and told her I'm just there to collect my remittance. Normally its a 5 minute ka kaam, apna code number do, ID card do, aur paisay le kar niklo. Every time I went there, she made me sit in the back for absolutely no reason. 5 minute ka kaam khatam kar ke, apni jaan chorod aur meri bhi. magar nahi, madam ney toh bas apna time lagana hai. AUR TAU AUR, inki jaan nikal jaati hai to copy your id card for you. Like itna barda printer hai, itnay fees hum detay hain money transfer ke liye, aap log humara ID card ka copy khud nahi print kar saktay? Khud maangtay hain ID card ki copy do, aur boltay hain ki doosray building mein copy ki dukaan hai, wahan se nikaalo ja ke. I've been to other branches, kiyun ki mein is branch se tang aagaya tha, and they've always been so professional. Is branch mein toh inki jaan nikal jaati hai to serve their customers. I mean we're your bread and butter? A little respect would go a long way? Khair yaar, aur bhi bohot baat hai, magar mujhe ab ghussa aa raha hai.
