20th century banking in 2022. Slowest service ever. God forbid you have a cheque to deposit or any other reason to visit the counter. Expect to waste at least an hour waiting for your turn. Out of three counters, only two are open and there is very little space to stand for customers and the queue quickly reaches the main entrance. Very insulting to visitors. Understandably, the staff behind the counter is working as best as they can, so its up to the management to sort this out. They can barely handle civic center clients.

Incredibly slow service. Only 1 active counter for a large crowd, with a second counter occasionally open. Plus there is no token system, so you have to stand in line the entire time.
The most useless bank i ve ever seen. Zero professionalism and work ethic.
Good but try not to go near to 5 pm because they are the rush hours and have all the required documents in order to save yourself from the hassle and remember a cnic copy is required for basic transactions.
