Worst bank in KSA, too slow. Full of messy processes, web is terrible bad, branches looks they are making you a favour even being a premier. I’ve Never spent so much time in branches wasting time and not getting solutions. Calling the call Center means waste of time. They never solve anything, just play ping pong with branches and back to them. Really frustrating bank.

Extremely deceptive to the core, thugs and thieves at best! Mr. Muhammad Farooqi, who works at the head office and is an Indian national tried to shamelessly defend an error that happened from the bank’s side and despite the officials Concerned admitting that that error had happened, he refused to rectify the situation and had the audacity to pin the blame on me. If it weren’t for the graciousness of the head branch manager, my complaint of over a year would have fallen on deaf ears, and never entertained. Thanks to his farisightednesd and honesty that I’m Still a customer, otherwise in this bank from Top To bottom employees lie on your face and don’t feel remorse. Well, Mr. Farooqi deserves the position he has in that office

I need help but I don’t think someone cares. I want to know why it’s taking time for normal remittance from Riyadh to Dubai? It’s almost 6 days now and nothings happening. Is this normal with SABB? Maybe it’ll be faster if I will go myself to Saudi Arabia and take the money directly from my father rather than use your service... because it’s already been a week... Please SABB management do something about your remittance or hire better people who have a heart. Notice me please and please ask someone to check your email and please help me get my money. It’s the transaction between SABB TO MASHREQ BANK MONEY SENT LAST APRIL 29 And until now I didn’t get it yet. Please thank you! ???

Third class branch and services I visited the branch and the employees just want to earn commission on credit credits subscriptions instead of focusing on the customer service.
