I would rate minus -1 star if it is possible. 6 times I visited but I couldn't solve the issue. Professionalism is equal to 0. The staff is not knowledgeable, Every visiting time they requested different things and some of them are unnecessary. It is better to choose another bank .
Even they don’t deserved 1 star, I visit to the branch today for the deposit purpose counter no-2 he refused to accept the cash and he treat me like Show the territories, he supposedly respect to customer but unfortunately he did not, I believe because of the customers like us they are getting paid but he doesn’t know might. So I have request please educate him well so should respect the person,?
Only one employee at 2:30 Pm Waiting for an hour only one customer ahead This is hilarious
Because It take more time and I have been waiting from 12:36pm now 1:27pm and this is worst service so I think other bank have better service.
Few staff, VEEEERRRRRYYYYY slow. worst service ever
