I went to this branch for printing my card they said to me I should come tomorrow. After that day I came again they told me I should speak Arabic other wise they will not give me service. Then I get angry I told them can I speak with your manager unfortunately same thing. I will not recommend this bank customer service If you read my Google review, my message please respond me or contact with me. I never see this type of service in my whole life and complaining special about your staff behaviour. It is better to change. Even without checking his machine as selfish his saying go another. Which kind of service is it ?

I come 3 times to the same branch only one employee in the desk nb 4 no employees even in the counters or reception or the branch manager only the security
very bad xprience interms of online banking(online transfer) i told the teller before my bineficiary acct is in cebuana but they send into RCBC and we dont have RCBC in my province so i came again twice to follow up and same situation and i have to decide and cancel the transaction..waiting to get back my money soon
