We are like 8 person waiting long time for service, all of are taking and use mobile don't want to work. Very poor Service.
Very bad experience the work on duty time they didn't entertain customer instead they using their mobile
SNB service varies from branch to branch. I was turned away from employee on desk 1 SNB Al Urubah branch by misguiding me that I have to wait 24 hours to get my Debit card from Kiosk machine after 3 failed attempts and was directed by Kiosk machine to seek help from bank when I opened my account online. The same day afternoon I went to NCB branch Al Takhassousi and the lady on desk 2, opened my account instantly.
I have to say, this branch is so dysfunctional, it's actually funny. They couldn't be less interested in customers, and it seems there's no management at all.
The worst customer service I faced in 10 years of stay in KSA. Even simple services take hours here. Can’t wait to close my account and move to a better bank, until then have to bear this.
