This is the second time this branch (Ladies) disappoints me. The staff is unprofessional. Making fun of the client just because I have coins to deposit. Alinma Bank wake up! Look and observe this branch. And remember dont underestimate if your client is expat and speak in your language because I understand what you have said in front of me. Poor sevices. Very Unprofessional. Using their personal phone while working.

There is a fully air-conditioned spacious area with an ATM machine and a kiosk machine open 24 hours a day.

Ladies branch is useless, bad customer service. They made me wait for a long time with no one speaking to me even though it was empty then they literally told me they don’t have any debit cards in the branch and they can’t open an account for me. CLOSE THE WOMEN BRANCH AND MAKE ONE GOOD BRANCH INSTEAD. useless and waste of my time.
