Almost immediate service after my arrival, very friendly and helpful ladies at customer service and also service of teller. Very satisfied with a proper service.

Rude staff. Very bad experience. Unhelpful and arrogant staff. Out of all the counters only two were 'serving' customers - yes, 'serving' is used very loosely here... Again tried today, was told to exchange USD for SAR I had to first open an account with them, deposit the USD in the account and then withdraw - not sure in what ancient times this bank operates, but surely not the 21st century!
The most worst ladies branch.. Even you ask something they said system close... And saying listen to them listen to them.. Totally upset. And they have no respect on us.. They talking in Arabic saying something about me. I think bad
