I was just there. The plan is to transfer my salary to this bank but I realized that they’re not any better than the r bank in terms of professionalism and customer service. The representative who served me was so grumpy and she kept checking her WhatsApp while I was there. Moreover, she called her housekeeper to remind her to feed her baby. At this point, I gave up on all the banks in Saudi Arabia. :)
Bad service, am a foreigner in Saudi, I thought you would give me hospitable service but every time I come to update my account you keep telling me to come tomorrow but your tomorrow will never come!!! Too bad.
Such a bad service I only use their wallet app . I had called them many times to check my refund but they don't seems to care anything.they keep making me wait for response from somebody .it shouldn't take so long to process for refund . Never suggest anyone to do any kind of transaction from this bank .
Outer ATM for withdraw and DEPOSIT, another smart machine for printing cards. Alinma bank isually has a clean, periferal hallway to these machines, always accessible, even when the branch is closed during holidays, also there is Women section here.
They dosn't care about Customer.
