I visited 2 SABB BANK branches, the service of the kiosk machine is not working ‘
Very lazy staffs and poor service. Actually the saudi guys always have a dominating mentality even if they are working in a very low profile also most of them dont have proffessionilsm. They never accept that they are under you.
I visit branch since Net & App Banking failed to login. Branch Security angrily shout at me in Arabic that Branch is not functioning its not fair that he responded like this. He is not SABB staff they can stick notice in entrance to avoid such issues
Great services ..need to mention as well best internet and automated banking
Worst branch. Long waiting time, and employees are busy socialising
