Worst services ever. Nothing ever works. Your money and assets are held hostage because “system is down computers not working”. No one knows what they are doing and the typical snobby treatment of keeping even premium customers waiting for long while employees walk in and enjoy their breakfast. Advice: Take your money out and run

Extremely disappointing. Their staff are so not helpful. This is my second visit with no service but I end up going to the Takhasousi branch for the same request to be solved! This happened twice on different requests!! Worst service ever.

In general I avoid physically visiting any bank, however it is essential on occasion. It is normally an experience full of frustration, each agent giving a hundred reasons why they failed, usually due to "the system" which they developed in the first place! In this post I do wish however to comment on an extremely helpful, dedicated SABB employee who was exceptionally good, and committed to delivering customer service. Ms. Alaa Al Jammaz at the Olaya branch is the exception, and over the past weeks has been proactive, assisting me by providing personal reminders and follow ups, and also walking me through the completion of applications, changes and submission of forms. A wonderful, patient employee who I hope is recognized by the bank as an example to others. My full respect.

The lately merging with SABB made employees not to work properly due to their feelings that they are underpaid hence, the services provided by Alawwal bank dropped way down, so many customers are changing to other banks, I left the bank as well because they are not providing Real Estate mortgages that line with the Ministry of Housing,
