Customer service representative should know that his personality and enthusiasm to serve the customer is essential for his role! I,m an advanced customer to them "supposed to have better treatment" I guess ?, she is not even talking to you or even smile? Do you call that customer service! I'm leaving this bank finally after 14 years of being a customer with them.

Though I have SABB premier account , I made money transfer and I needed just a receipt, I have to go to teller service and wait for a long time, one teller only with long que . There was no special treatment for SABB premier customers The worst branch , they seriously need to evaluate their employees

Poor customer service..made a request that took more than 2 weeks to process..until now still under process..keep giving different excuses..how can a bank have a system down for 1 week..after that blaming on head office..which i already called prior asking the bank that in the system my problem should be solved as it is already approved..finally made a complaint thru the careline..by far this is the worst branch i've visited..highly recommended to go to tahlia and headquarters..

Worst service ever! Very rude, unhelpful and unreasonable. Three times just to get the requirements to open a bank account and they still ask for more requirements every time. Don't come to this branch unless you have no other option. The operations manager is the worst of them all.
