The worst service i have seen in banks no one wants to serve you and the attitude is very bad they fell like the are doing favor on customer only to submit a signature i visit branch for more than 5 time and still its pending even though i opened my account online the worst service
Only one Representative is serving?? Almost an hour wait does make it sense for those who are job holders??? Come on give people service so they can save their time..
Very slow customers service you could of wait for an hour or more for a simple service!
Can’t be worse! No one want to serve you. And you have to wait for almost an hour just for ask about your account!
Very slow working staff. All of the time i saw one person handling 10 customers with average wait time minimum 45 minutes.
