Worst experience, surprised that they still use the oldest dirty trick in the book, where they transfer you to another service back and forth so you wait for awhile until you leave the branch without getting anything done. 0/10. Mainly from the operations desk number 3, if you see him just leave the branch and dont waste your time.
Very slow and making customer wait. Even no customer in Que. I am the only one. I stayed 1 hours. Westing tomuch time. And nothing call productive in there job. Very bad. ??????
Some of the nicest staff in the world working with the singularly worst banking system in Saudi Arabia. It gives you problems so that your have a hobby to waste your life on. Anything that another bank will do in 1-2 visits, NCB prides itself in making you do in 5+ visits. Another example - you have to visit the branch to find the "secret" number combination to speak to a person on the phone banking system and they change it every couple of months to add to the challenge of your hobby. It is literally the most convenient bank (with the nicest staff) with the worst system you could imagine.
While talking on the phone to the manager of the branch, I got the impression of being good cooperative staff.
Branch smell smoke , not recommended
