as a foreign traveller i found this bank (Standard Charter) and HBL the only ones to honour my bank card at the ATM; my rating reflects that only.
Come here for the most cumbersome and truly unfacilitating banking experience all the while paying consistently higher fees and charges. If there was even a single othe international bank in Pakistan, these guys would be out of business in a day.
This is the most non-sense I have ever dealt with. This branch likes to dormant your account and makes every possible attempt when trying to withdraw any amount.
