Slightly crowded but spacious branch. Cooperative staff. Convinent for people living in bahria town all phases, pwd, media town etc. Keep your mask. You may have to wait outside due to covid protocols.
I don’t want give them even 1 or half star. They literally take 10min in dealing each customers. They are super slow. They do need more staff and every time you visit them in rush hours there is no one present at reception.
Despite being one of the top banks in Pakistan customer service is not that good. Guys on counter wait 15 mints to bring in next customer for no reason at all
No doubt thier staff is professional and they always help on your quieres! So highly appreciated !
