Services are not very prompt. Need to energize staff to work with spark. Wait time in qué is too long anda many went back without even getting their work done. Extremely disappointed with the customer services. In Rawalpindi there are hardly few branches and with such response I am expecting not much prospects for this bank in Pakistan. A more proactive approach is suggested please.

Pathetic !!! they make sure you wait long for your services. Staff is damn slow and procedure takes ages even if u have to simply deposit cheque. Once i complained that why only two counters are working they gave me weird reasons and clients kept enjoying long que which was created only because of their inefficiency and lesser people working

To think this bank is supposed to be the best in the country is an utter joke. The service is absolutely pathetic. They do not know how to treat their clients and lack basic manners especially the woman on the counter. My CNIC was about to expire and I got a text to drop a copy of the new one at the bank. First, the lady just wouldn't except it, afterwards she hesitantly agreed upom insistance and now I get a notification that my account has been blocked since the bank did not receive the copy. Shameful. Account closed!

Pathetic service. Wasted time, the lady at the reception at 4:30 pm on 5 September is the receptionist and acting as a rude repellant like you’ve come here to beg for their services. Pathetic premium service by SCB Pakistan. Account closed. Standard chartered ? More like BELOW STANDARD chartered.

Very poor, pathetic service. My mother waited since morning. Continuously going back and forth with a lack of response from the bank. They promised work to be completed within 2 hours and yet kept on extending the time with poor excuses. Manager wasn’t even present. How are you even keeping the business alive. SMH. You’ve lost a multitude of customers and we’ll be sure to give you the sort of feedback that you really deserve
