Very very one most bad service in the branch
Quick service is no more "Quick" after waiting an hour and a half just to update ID prayer time came and couldn't get it done. The place is truly chaotic where everyone keeps jumping from one booth to the other "Low Efficiency" including the bank manager who seems to be the most irresponsible person there. I would like to clarify I have no complaints against NCB as a bank and I think it's one of the best in Saudi and I've seen branches with at least 10 times the crowd moving faster. This particular branch was the most disappointing.
For Saudis they got quick service, but expats none. Poor services.
Extreme slow service.. customer service is spending time with each.. each client need 1 hour.. if you have no job.. take a token @ this bank.. you can spend a day there.. for a minute job spend 4 hours..
Extremely pathetic experience i had from here. The staffs are simply wandering over there and bizarre thing is that they are ignorant in English language.
