I had one of the worst experience in my life of depositing cash through ATM. On 31/01/2023 I went to deposit cash and it took me 2 hours to deposit a sum of 2500. The machine keeps rejecting notes, without any reason, even though i changed in to new notes still it was not accepting and later I realised that it is happening with everyone. Not only that, all of the machines installed there is terribly slow, then I went to the biggest branch of SABB and to my surprise there's no ATM for cash deposit n not even there's a e-service kiosk which is accessible after the banking hours. Indeed it was the worst experience ever. If any official from SABB would read this I really want them to help this error.

Although it's the main branch of SABB and works for individuals only, unfortunately, companies are not served here. ? Overall it has a good ? reputation and maintained well its services.

Very worst customer service waiting more than 1 hour, not calling the waiting number atleast 4 members.....suggest look other branches.
