worst branch in the world, I request don’t go there, i was go 9:30 and I come outside 4pm, working staff behaving very bad, staff working very slow, my whole day spoiled when i was go there

They don't have a deposit machine I took a number and waited until my number came. The employee told me that we do not deposit 11 thousand. The amount must be above 20 thousand.. So you must go to a second branch that has a deposit machine and deposit there.. Note that there is no customer after me, meaning I am the only one, and he could have served me in less than a minute. The branch was set up to serve the bank’s customers, not to distract them and put in place these sterile regulations.

And customers are possible 3, but customer service was bad in dealing and they are not suitable for their situation I waited 1 full hour It was my turn, I told him, my father, to print a statement of account for more than six months, and his father is stamped, because I have a case in court He said he would only give me an order and come tomorrow morning to receive it. I need 24 hours ?? I told him it is not reasonable that I am coming from Al-Rajhi Bank and they gave me an account statement for more than 6 months and stamped in less than half an hour ?????? He said comfortably, I am responsible!!! Honestly the worst
