Saudi National Bank (SNB) - HQ NCB Headquarter F5QJ+7V الكنداسه

I did a bank transaction on the 27th October 2022 and to date no money received. The SNB send a transfer request to Standard bank (My bank back home) to receive the money but didn't send any money. I called then to notify them about that and they apologised and promised to send the money. After I called several times doing follow ups and still didn't receive the money. When I call Standard Bank I was told they haven't received the new request as the old request expired on the 30th October since SNB didn't send any money and the request is valid for only 3 days. I called twice after that explaining to the SNB and still no money received till I cancel the transaction on the 22 November 2022. I got a message that they will refund the money by the 13/12/2022. On the 13th I called as nothing happened and told to wait till 23H00 and no money came. I called again on the 14th and even send an email with 3 months bank statement from standard bank showing that no money received and still no answer. I waited for their reply and nothing came through. I called on the 19th and promised that I will get a response same day or the next but nothing came in. Today the 23rd I called and told the same, that they send email to management and I must wait for their reply. My question is why is it so hard for them to refund my money and to respond when it was very easy for them to deduct that money from my SNB account?

Very nice building. I have no experience with them but their building is cool.

The transaction is very fast and convenient. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. They serve with a smile. All staff are smart. I tried alinma bank, the transaction was very far different. All your time and effort will be consumed on that bank. It was the worst experienced.
