The executive Abdul Rahman Al Zahrani did not allow me to wear sunglasses in front of him.. is there a rule that one cannot wear sunglasses inside the premises. Said go and complain to branch manager. Made a complaint on customer service number. Waiting for their resolution. Very very rude staff. And guess what not happens inspite of complaints. But still being positive.
Location is very nice. That is the only positive point about this branch. The systems are down very frequently so nothing can be done. Waiting time to be served is usually more than one hour.
