Can be mush better as compared to other branches. Easy and simple mode of transaction. Good customer service with both languages English as well as Arabic.

Waiting for a long time, there is no enough staff to help the customers, I wish to increase their staff

This branch Worst customer service came to cash cheque. No one available at window or in lounge I wait for hour then ask cashier he reply wait for number after that he call number given him cheque too much busy in talking on mobile and gossips with his friend. Worst experience.....

Excellent experience always as they have very good customer services reputation whom also understands English medium language. Though you may face some difficulty in communicating with the bank teller(s) as they may lack in speaking or understanding English. They don't even try or seem to understand when we try to communicate with them in English language . . . They prefer to communicate in local Arabic language. With respect to other multiple features and services of an ATM, more than 6 months ago, they've updated the ATM (Auto Teller Machine) which has cash depositing feature and/or service, so you can deposit your money anytime into your Bank Aljazira account from this branch at Umm Al- Qura Street.

Worst worst customer service.. you have to sit for 1 hour minimum for customer service, even if u have 3 to 5 number before you.
