I loved the service I received here. Even though I wasn't holding an identification on me I was still serviced and was warned that the next time I came without an identification I won't be served which was understanding. I didn't know I would need identification for the issue I wanted to fix but it all went well after a series of questions just to make sure I was indeed the right person. I loved how my issue was addressed and would highly recommend BMO to anyone out there looking for a good bank to open. I would also recommend you go to the bank during banking hours or days just so you don't stand outside in the cold trying to withdraw or deposit money into your account, especially when it's very cold. The ATM doesn't allow foreign money only CAD And it withdraws and deposits cash in and out of your account also. I love BMO and I would gladly Recommend it

I can't say enough about the branch manager Gurpreet. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I was getting the run around from my branch over a fraud investigation on my account. My branch and telephone support refused to help in any way. I was told after the 2 week investigation period I needed to be patient as they needed more time but couldn't tell me when they would reach a decision. I called my branch manager over and over again for some assistance and I never received a phone call back. I was able to get ahold of Gurpreet (in tears) and he was so wonderful to deal with. He LISTENED! He also didn't pull an attitude when I got frustrated. Losing $900 on payday can be very frustrating, but add in no support from your branch and I was just lost. If you're looking for a new bank, this is your branch. I'm sad I can't use this as my branch as it is too far away from my home. He made me feel calm and important which isn't always something bank managers do when you don't have alot

Very rude management specially Janet, the assistant branch manager. I went there at lunch break to deposit some money. There were only one person working and she got busy with one customer for 20 min. I asked Janet which she was sitting in her office to open another teller but she bluntly refused and said it may take as much as it takes. No compassionate no respect for a line up customer.

Usually I have great service at this branch, however I was really disappointed when I went to deposit a cheque that was issued in my pre-married name and they told me I would have to get the issuer to re-issue the cheque in my married name. They had my marriage certificate on file, all my background information for years and they still couldn't deposit the cheque. I drove to the Bonnie Doon BMO branch and they were able to deposit it no problem!! Not sure why one branch was able to do this and not the other....
