BMO Bank of Montreal 5503 23 Avenue Northwest Mill Woods

I went to this branch today. There were 4 tellers on and I was the only one in the line up. One teller finished with her client and then started talking to another employee. The second teller finished with her client and walked away into the back. I stood there for 15 minutes without being helped so I left and went to a different branch. Horrible customer service people. Do better or you’ll be losing me as a customer.

I went to this branch to resolve some banking issue. The female teller named Lady was extremely helpful and generous. She consulted the Assistant Branch Manager Sahil and the issue was resolved very quickly. I appreciate their extended help. Thank you BMO.

Gouri did a amazingly good job to help me signale into my business and personal accointes online. She is very help full and mâkes sure the t’as k is full done before customer leaves

Never ever go with Bmo! They will take all your available credit with no notice even though in good standings. No employees ever have an answer. BS Any other bank is better then them!

I called BMO 3 times to get some help on my account. Each time I got someone who I could not understand. Their accent was very strong and I had difficulty in understanding them. I would like to speak to someone who speaks English. Horrible experience !!
