I had a positive experience with Sahil Jagga the Assistant manager at this bank. I had some problems with my account. Sahil solved them in a pleasant and efficient manner while navigating the proper BMO channels for me. I'm pushing 80 and needless to say I appreciated his taking action very much! Nowadays customer service can be poor or non-existent and this meant a lot to me. Thanks Sahil!

I can’t comment on the service because I haven’t been helped. Been in line for 22 minutes and still three people ahead of me. No one comes out of their offices to help. This is what my fees are paying for? Perhaps they could pour a little money into hiring staff. I don’t have this kind of time and it is banking that I can’t do online. And now we are beginning to discuss this in line. At about 430, when there was one elderly person ahead of me (who had been standing and waiting longer than I had) and many more behind me, a teller became available but as soon as the customer moved ahead to see her she put up a sign saying closed. So a customer with the one remaining teller and three more employees sitting in their offices and a lineup of customers waiting. And the branch was scheduled to be open for 2.5 more hours. Where are the employees that can give customer service? I walked out at that point. I am heartened to see that BMO monitors these posts and responds.

This bank worker promised me to give savings account bonus for new account holder. I have open savings account and fulfilled all conditions. Still not received any bonus at all. It is been more than 6 month already . I am keep complaining no buddy listening or giving solutions. Complaining since 6 month. I have all the documents and proof That i can prove my self RIGHT. I think should go legal proceeding against this branch. Highly not recommended branch . ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

“Lillie Heavenly”is the one I had with an excellent service. I never appreciate this much to bank officer. I had an appointment with her today (April 2025) to cancel my RESP and potentially close my bank account. She did not stop me from doing it but answered my questions politely. I had an option from her to have my account including family accounts more organized. I ended up not cancelling my account and I like BMO a bit better now. I would pay her tips if I could. Can’t imagine how much money I saved. Great attitude and very professional. If I ever need some help I would definitely come back to her.

Not sure why it’s one staff member in this bank and takes ages to do things . Nothing to do with staff they are good but it’s BMO cutting corners. We pay all kinds of fee and have to wait hope they respect customers times .
