The teller was friendly and efficient, she helped us get all our issues resolved. No wait when we went in on a Monday at lunchtime.

Julie was extremely kind & helpful when I asked for help as the Richmond BNZ branch was closed. If the rest of the staff at Westpac Richmond are even just half as good I think we will be moving our business banking (and possibly more) from BNZ to Westpac. Thank you Julie.

Worst banking experience ever, very unprofessional. Dealt with a Customer Service Executive Julie Griffith - doesn't know how to treat a customer. No work ethics. She was talking to me as if i asked her to give me something from her pocket. She was not ready to give me any information about their bank products. I COULD CLEARLY FEEL THE RACISM IN HER. I opened an account with Cooperative bank - absolutely wonderful experience. Westpac should send their staff to Coop bank to learn professionalism.

Made me pay for 3 new cards this year alone because they keep giving me faulty ones that don't work. Over standing at checkouts to buy a drink that takes 5 min to buy because cards won't swipe, insert or pay wave. Considering a bank change where there credit/debt cards actually work. Life's to short to stand for a lifetime to pay for services. Stop ripping us off westpac

Not worth the time as has stupid hours.

29.10.2017 No less than a St Heliere branch manager is very capable and extremely proud to HUMILIATE you in front of the wife, other people and staff. I would rather walk inside a gas chamber than this bank ever again until Westpac replaces or demotes the person concerned.

Terrible service and lack of any professionalism while deposit machine and change machines are out. Can't get coins out or deposit red bags for 3 weeks. Why have a bank
