I had the worst customer service of my.life today here. The woman behind the counter basically accusing me of fraud because apparently my ID wasn't verifiedm Asking me multiple questions and taking it to her manager, she was obviously embarrassed after realizing she was just absolutely useless at her job, it was her mistake and I had been a loyal customer for 16 years. No apology from either her or the bank manager. You need to know you made me feel so awful and so undervalued, especially as I was there to take savings out to pay for my sons tutoring and medical fees... After many years of substandard customer service this was the nail in the coffin. I will be moving banks.

The ATM has been taken my money without giving me any receipt, now waiting for a week and the staff first said 3 days now it changed to 12 days. It seems the staff are not very well informed and trained for their job and there is no customer service at all . Why the bank should not be responding to me to what happened to my deposit. Very disappointed with the bank.

Apparently it can take you at least a month to open a bank account because the staff at this very quiet branch are “super busy” to help so you’ll get sent away with a 3 week wait just to talk to someone! I’ve made attempts to get an appointment to open a simple account but no one is free to see me. It apparently takes a long time to get an email response too. Staff are unwelcoming and show little interest so ... I’m off to another bank then!

Went on my lunch break yesterday to sort out some banking. I knew straight away just from body language that this bank teller was going to make my request difficult! AND SHE DID!! A simple.requedt that could have been resolved less than 5mins, they were not busy as well Zzz ended up going to another bank teller to get my request done. I have never had a problem with this request at any other branch until i went into the Ponsonby Branch! Next time LEAVE YOUR UPPERTY ATTITUDE AT HOME, (i dont like to use this card BUT service was just too horrendous) at the end of the day my bank fees go towards your pay check! So the least u could do is just bloody do your job properly.

Called to the branch as the call center had a 2 hour wait, and i am so glad i did! Ben from the Ponsonby branch picked up the call and he was quick, efficient and super helpful. Thank you Ben, i will be calling you in the future for more help when i need it! :)
