Amazing service from the lady at the front desk who helped me with my bank card replacement. I wish I remembered her name. She was super friendly and helpful and managed to get my card replaced for me in a day! I appreciate it :)
Lyng and Amber were fantastic with the onboarding process for Westpac. They stayed after hours to look after our urgent request and explained everything well. Highly recommend them!
Would be much better if there was more than one ATM available while they're closed. People in line get impatient and blame the user instead of the machine. Not a very pleasant experience.
