Jo was so lovely to deal with when setting up our accounts for our first home loan, explained everything very clearly and gave us a lot of useful information. Thank you so much!!

Please don't open account with this Branch, they kept wasting my time, poor knowledge staff have, went to open account for my wife and they kept asking what is the reason to open in suspicious way as she doesn't have a job so she can't. Contacted head office and they said anyone can open account with proper identification. These people here are waste of time and terrible to deal with. The reason they mentioned is no job so can't open the account 🤣. I believe they don't take WINZ account.

Only one of the worst ever Westpac banks we have ever come across while visiting Blenheim branch. Rude service as though we have interrupted their day definitely not interested in providing help in opening a account and pretty much told to go away it’ll take two weeks for an appointment and no we can’t open an account so not interested in helping except for one of the front tellers who was fairly friendly. So off to Kiwibank we go and hey presto what a totally different customer service experience account opened in a jiffy.

Terrible service - was greeted by an abrupt member of staff and asked what we wanted. Then left standing in the middle of the bank waiting and waiting not knowing who was going to help us. Eventually asked staff member behind counter! She helped us but the first person was very rude!!!!

I embarrassingly succumbed to an online hacker. My fault entirely. In a state of vulnerability, when my defenses were down, due to sickness, I paid postage on the 'winning' of an iPhone. The linked site appeared real - Harvey Norman! So too did accompanying promotion material. As soon as I was well enough, I drove to the bank to inform them. Resultant body language told me,this was not a one-off. I was advised to cancel card, contact the site, record communications and resist future temptations. IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT'S PROBABLY A SCAM.
