Went there on monday.Bad service didn't fix my problem . Kept everyone waoting , only one teller.. and a que of people. The staff looked busy doing nothing . Won't be BACK

Queues to the doors and only 2 tellers. No intention to provide customer service because there are only 2 tellers booths. Wanted to do some currency exchange since I am a westpac kiwi saver customer. They said no because you don’t have a bank account with us. We’ll, all my kiwi saver contributions will be changed to another scheme now.
Get some staff so you can help your customers efficiently and effectively I’m first in the line been waiting for over an hour! What a joke Pukekohe westpac no one makes eye contact just keep walking past ! Sort it out
