When I had an issue with my Union Bank Account, I went to this branch for assistance since this is the Branch nearest to my place. Inside, I was first assisted by the Security Guard in logging in my name, contact number and concern into their log book and a digital device(a tablet I guess) to input your account number and email address or registered mobile number. It was a bit of a hassle as people have to form a line to do this task first before getting a number and it creates a long queing line as others are taking too long to finish this task and everyone has to adhere . At least the Security Guard assigned in the entrance effectively multitasks to assist two people at a time. I must have misplaced my wallet somewhere inside the facility but thankfully one of the security guards found it and ask around who the wallet belongs to. I totally forgot about the wallet until I saw him asking around. (It contains some cash and my ATMS and some valid government issued IDs) Thankfully it was

There is no separate line for Priority lane and regular lane. Every time a senior citizen or senior citizen enters, those who are in line and have been waiting for a long time will be scolded. It is especially unfortunate for those who have jobs and are in a hurry to get in line early.. plus the guards will not talk to you properly about your concern! Until you leave yourself and do not continue your transaction.

Some are not sure about the services they offer. They are even rude to the clients. Very wrong.

My rating for this bank is zero. 0/10 They do not know what customer service is. Arrived at 3:02pm but there was a 3PM cutoff for over the bank cash deposit hence was not considered at the premises despite the customer's effort to go to the bank while other branches is open till 4PM. That s UB, making banking a hassle. I will pull out my fund and account soon.
