UnionBank of the Philippines - ADB Ave ADB Avenue Aic. Burgundy Empire Tower Ortigas Center Pasig

Poor service. At the time i went to the branch, we're only 3 in line so I am expecting a fast transaction since the 3 counters are open for transaction but to my dismay it take me more than 45 mins to accomodate and take note I am only going to do a cash deposit which will only take a minute to do so. I understand if its a long queue and only 1 or 2 counters are open, I am willing to wait but for this kind of scenario, its too much.

I was having a hard time changing my new UB payroll pin with so I tried asking the guard a quick question. The man had the audacity to shoo me away like I was some sort of pest. Gee!! Top notch customer service exp 🙃👎

Very poor customer service. They don't know how to resolve a simple issue. Like how hard it is to withdraw money from your own account. They claim that they have to verify something with the branch on which the account was open, but they seem to not know even the phone number to call the branch directly. I highly recommend you to choose a different branch or maybe a different bank.

One of the teller in Unionbank ADB Branch doesnt have a pleasing personality. I'm just asking for a physical transaction reciept and yet she just telling me next time to fill out email address on the said union app so that the transaction will be automatically send in the email. The fact is, she did not say it in a nice way.

The teller doesn't seem to like her job at all. My colleague and I are the only customer and yet she seems very irritated. Very bad service.
