I went there to help my elder brother as he was treated unprofessionally from the previous branch he went to resolve his concern and it happened at St. Francis Shangrila Tower. I thought the service here was not that good based on the reviews but what we experienced was informative and smooth transaction with sir JSABANCIA. He was professional and informative during the transaction. My brother is very happy with the service. Thank you sir JSABANCIA! God bless!

The service here is extremely slow, and the queueing on the screen isn’t even organized properly. You think you’re the next one to be called, but suddenly a different name gets called even though you were ahead.

Poor costumer service! It took me over two hours just to request a simple bank certificate. The process was incredibly slow and disorganized. Several names were called ahead of me that weren’t even on the screen, which made the wait even more frustrating. The queuing system needs serious improvement—this level of inefficiency is unacceptable.

My experience with customer service was disappointing. Instead of addressing my concern, the agent’s response made me feel as though I was at fault for raising it, which came across as unwelcoming and not customer-focused. I also felt disregarded when I was set aside to accommodate another walk-in, and I believe all customers should be treated fairly and equally. On top of this, there was no clear queuing system, making it difficult to know when it was my turn to be assisted. No wonder the ratings on this branch are so poor.

very slow service, queueing is very random. You will not know how they are working. Very bad experience as a card owner of 3 in UB in 5 years. As a main branch they should do best service than this!!!! very disappointing!!!!!
