There were “yellow ribbons” around this branch as if there was a crime scene or as if warding people off from transacting. I found it irking having to go over the ribbon since I’m a senior and quite prone to falls. When I asked the guard, he said painting job was being done hence the “yellow ribbons”. Wouldn’t a signage apologizing for the inconvenience because of repainting be a good idea to inform clients on what’s going on? Temperature in this branch has remained warm to hot for the longest time because the air-conditioning unit has been out of order for months. I arrived almost 1PM.Maybe the bank staff hasn’t had lunch yet. Or was the warm temperature affecting their moods because service was lukewarm. Lady in Counter 3 was helpful but after my transaction with her, I spoke with and requested for an officer’s contact number to facilitate future transactions. The security guards were amazing. I used the ATM and then went to get a grab. I was at the wrong branch. The guard walked me to the other branch. Completely professional, accessible and helpful! Thank you so much!

The staff were slowpoke. Very slow service. They're doing other things before they transact your transaction.

The guards are so not accommodating and ridiculous. 🤮Earphones are not allowed. 🤣
