Slow queue. I've waited for almost an hour to get a replacement card, but still no luck. Their waiting area is pretty bad too, considering that it's too hot this summer. I might try a different branch next time.
I understand that you're following protocols about the max number of pax inside ur bank. But do you even know how hot it is outside? That you just let your CLIENTS wait outside for a minimum of 15mins without even putting atleast a fan to lessen the high temperature???? How dare you treat your clients like these
