UnionBank of the Philippines - Tacloban Justice Romualdez Street G/F Bldg

When I had an issue with my Union Bank Account, I went to this branch for assistance since this is the Branch nearest to my place. Inside, I was first assisted by the Security Guard in logging in my name, contact number and concern into their log book and a digital device(a tablet I guess) to input your account number and email address or registered mobile number. It was a bit of a hassle as people have to form a line to do this task first before getting a number and it creates a long queing line as others are taking too long to finish this task and everyone has to adhere . At least the Security Guard assigned in the entrance effectively multitasks to assist two people at a time. I must have misplaced my wallet somewhere inside the facility but thankfully one of the security guards found it and ask around who the wallet belongs to. I totally forgot about the wallet until I saw him asking around. (It contains some cash and my ATMS and some valid government issued IDs) Thankfully it was

Must provide Special Lane for Senior Citizens and PWDs especially in this summer weather.

We arrived at 3:40pm at the bank and the guard said they were closed or no longer accepting cx. We were talking because we had just come from Maasin Hospital and our patient was transferred there to Tacloban. There is no other UB in Leyte but Tacloban. This UB card is my HUMID card. I forgot my pass. And I need to withdraw over the counter for emergency purposes. But we really don't want to give it to them. Even the bank tellers don't do anything. There is no consideration even in emergency cases. Not recommended and poor cx service.
