My rating for this bank is zero. 0/10 They do not know what customer service is. Arrived at 3:02pm but there was a 3PM cutoff for over the bank cash deposit hence was not considered at the premises despite the customer's effort to go to the bank while other branches is open till 4PM. That s UB, making banking a hassle. I will pull out my fund and account soon.
Their system is always down and they gave me a Bank certificate knowing full well that it is for a visa purpose yet they gave me a Bank Certificate with a Digital signature and one missing signature. It was not accepted.
My ATM card got stuck in one of their deposit machines but the UB Dela Costa branch team were swift enough to retrieve it without having to do excess paperwork and explanations. I always go to this branch because they are really fast and efficient even during payday rush days. Their ATMs could use more maintenance though to avoid glitches, but otherwise always happy with their banking services!
The worst union bank branch in Makati has three people working for one person. I suggest canceling this branch or firing them all.
