The service is okay. We went in around 11:30am and we were called in after 10-15 mins wait. I had my atm changed and they did. We were done total 25-30 mins. It was better than the unionbank in Ayala center Cebu. It took 1 hr plus of waiting and they were not able to address the problem.
Super slowwww working style. If i can give 0 star i would !! Why cant finish 1 customer and move after. Keep calling new cust but not finish the one before and keep telling to wait. Only posting withdrawal need more than 30 mins !! 🤯 Not only withdraw, all transaction need 30-1 hours.
A single transaction takes at least 45 minutes. If you try calling the mobile number listed on their website, it will say it's incorrect, and if you call the number provided by the bank employee, no one will pick up.
Very slow, very chaotic, they don't follow the numbering system. Waited for 2 hours and at the end of it, I still didn't get what I needed because they ran out of time.
Very improductive, taking wayyy too long to do one task, every one just chill w their own pace and dont really care abt customer waiting nearly one hour waiting
