Hello, I've been trying to transfer money from an ING bank account to my MasterCard in Germany for a week now, but I haven't been able to do it. I've called and spoken to ING Bank employees several times, they promise, but they don't help.

I think Mrs. Green from customer service drank a bottle of vinegar before she started work. What an arrogant, rude woman. I hope I never get her on the phone again. It made me angry.

This branch hasn't existed for two years. ING should remove it!

It's Friday, October 31st, at 12:50 PM. I've been waiting for over 45 minutes, and there's still no employee in sight! According to the Primera staff, they'll be there in 10 minutes.

I was there well before 7 p.m. yesterday (Thursday). The store, and therefore also the service point, were simply closed.
