The ING service point is a super convenient and fast solution for anyone looking to open an ING bank account or handle banking matters. These service points are usually located in stores, typically at the back. The staff there are incredibly helpful and friendly! 😊 Based on my experience, the lady who assisted me with opening my account was kind and spoke excellent English. 👏 I highly recommend downloading the ING app 📲 and registering in advance before visiting a service point. This makes the process much smoother and is a much faster alternative than going to a larger ING bank branch in the city. 🏦✅ Overall, I can only recommend this option! 👍

Just a useless elderly mother who needed help with her banking at ING Veenendaal Bruna. The employee had absolutely no time for it. Maybe hire some properly trained staff! AND DON'T SAY, "JUST ASK YOUR CHILDREN." That's not what we pay ING for. 1 star, but even that's too much!
