We are affiliated with BXL for our insurance. When our suitcases did not arrive during our (flying) holiday, I immediately contacted René to inquire about our options. René contacted us almost immediately and explained the possibilities. With this in mind, we purchased a few items. Two days later, René messaged us again to ask if our suitcases had been found and if he could still do anything for us. Now that is what I call TOP service!
René provided excellent advice and support on all mortgage and insurance matters. He's easy to reach and always took the time to discuss our questions in detail. We're very happy with our choice of DBA!
