Hello, I've been trying to transfer money from an ING bank account to my MasterCard in Germany for a week now, but I haven't been able to do it. I've called and spoken to ING Bank employees several times, they promise, but they don't help.
I think Mrs. Green from customer service drank a bottle of vinegar before she started work. What an arrogant, rude woman. I hope I never get her on the phone again. It made me angry.
The ING employee at this branch provided excellent assistance. I had a problem transferring the ING app to my new phone. Friendly and knowledgeable!
This branch hasn't existed for two years. ING should remove it!
