I had a very disappointing experience . The women was incredibly rude and unhelpful during my visit. Specifically, she was unprofessional and seemed bothered by my questions. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a company that prides itself on customer service. I hope management addresses this issue, as it has left a very negative impression.

My request was processed, but I would argue only because I held it together and maintained politeness and civility. The guy who came to help me out was quite rude and hostile, given that I just asked nicely for him to do his job. He also scalded me for clicking my fingers together (a bit of a nervous tic I get occasionally). I'm aware that his job might not be the most thrilling thing in the world, but I'd expect a bit of human decency as well as professionalism. Unfortunately, this is the only ING service point for a while so, folks don't really have a choice. As a heads up for the employee, a smile and a pleasant experience makes everyone's day better :)

They already closed at 5pm.

Terrible service. They didn’t want to help me and all and where grumpy when I asked for it. It also seemed like they did not really know how to do their job. Don’t bother coming here at all!

I came with a problem, I forgot my password, I thought they would help me here, the woman was rude, there was minimal desire for help, I don’t even understand what this place is for, it makes no sense
