Finally. Found someone super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. After 5 calls and three visits to other ING kantoors. It should not be this difficult. And the other ING staff didn't have to be so rude. Sorry I didn't get your name. You met me July 2 about 1500 and I was asking you about KYC. Thanks!!!!

Opening a business account in the Ingbank in the Vijzelstraat 79, in Amsterdam was a 5-star experience. From the receptionist to the account manager they were polite, customer-focused, and friendly and I recommend this location of Ing Bank in Amsterdam. ( unfortunately, I cannot same the same of the locations in the Ceintuurban or the Rokin where the attitude and the overall experience from the moment I walked in was completely the opposite and in fact because of that bad experience I had decided to close also the private accounts )
