Is there anyone who can help? I went to a bank near me this week and went inside to open a new account. Suddenly, a security guard asked me if I had an appointment. I said no, and he told me to leave. What is this? Do they have a different system for working, or what? They're kicking you out without explaining anything.

Awful service, the worst I've ever had in a bank. If I could give minus stats I would have. Please, shut this bank down already, it's embarrassing. Switching to a better one asap. P.S: the security guard was the only nice and professional employee in the establishment.

I had a terrible experience with a customer service agent at CIH Bank. The agent was extremely rude and dismissive, showing a complete lack of respect for me as a customer. Their behavior was unacceptable and made me feel like my concerns and issues were not important to them. I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by this individual and would not recommend CIH Bank to anyone due to their poor treatment. Overall it was a very bad experience with the agent's behaviour.

I had a bad experience with cih agency in Tanger mly Ismail . The reciptionist behave worst with all the customer . And that affect the value of cih bank . To be honest . I didn't recommend anyone to go there .
