Very bad experience with the CIH sales representative at Rond Shell. I've been asking him to change my number since August 2025, and it's the same story every time. Just today, he told me there was a system problem and that it would be fixed this evening. Honestly, this is unacceptable. No solution for months, and his manner of speaking leaves much to be desired.

A very bad experience. When I tried to open a CIH account, he took my national ID card and shocked me by saying the account fees were 100 dirhams per year, even though I had told him I wanted the 30 code. He replied, "Even with the 30 code, the account fees are the same." What do you think? Is this a scam (fraud) or something I'm unaware of?

I am sharing my experience with this agency here, hoping it will be helpful to other clients and taken into account by management. I went there in person to get specific information. Unfortunately, the reception was far from professional. The person assigned to receive me showed neither attentiveness nor availability. I received brief, unclear answers and an attitude that suggested my presence was more of a nuisance than anything else. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this should not impact the quality of service or the respect due to clients. I sincerely hope that this review will contribute to raising awareness and improving the reception at this agency. Respect for the client should remain a priority.

The system is always down. When it's working, the cashier is unavailable. This is unacceptable. We also work, and we'd like to complete our transactions when the branch opens. Please resolve this issue quickly; it's unbearable.
