The worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a bank. I strongly advise you to open your account in a different branch because in this one, they don’t care about the customer.

I highly don't recommend this branch, worst customer service ever.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this bank branch. The staff is unprofessional and disrespectful. The security guard acts like the manager, and his attitude is unacceptable. During my last visit on July 1, 2024, a note indicated that the teller window would be closed for 30 minutes. When I asked the security guard for information, his responses were dismissive and disrespectful. I absolutely do not recommend this branch.

My recent experience with CIH Bank was exceptional thanks to the professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by the employee I dealt with. She was knowledgeable and dedicated to providing the best possible service. This experience instilled confidence in the bank's ability to effectively meet my needs. I highly recommend CIH Bank to anyone seeking reliable banking services focused on customer satisfaction.
