Good service because and the employees very kind
Very bad services from the director (female) Instead of doing her job she’s missing all day to do shopping and leave us waiting for 2h
Very well located in round about. The staff is very helpful and attentive.
Although I visited this bank with reasonable expectations, my experience was far from satisfactory. The reception staff seemed to be in some sort of temporal limbo, as their efficiency was noticeably lacking. Waiting to be assisted was a test of patience, and it made me feel as if my time was not valued at all. Ultimately, this blatant inefficiency tarnished my overall impression of the bank and left me with a negative impression.
The reception staff are vulgar and ill-mannered; avoid this agency at all costs – a very bad experience. They discuss their personal problems on the phone while the customer is right there and they couldn't care less.
