CIH Bank Mhamid 9 Marrakesh Menara Marrakesh

I had a terrible experience at CIH Bank. I went to send money to my friend and gave the account details to the woman working there. She insisted that I needed to provide my ID card, which I had forgotten at home, so she refused to process the transaction. Moments later, a man came up and was able to send money without showing his ID card. The inconsistency in their service is unacceptable. Very poor customer service!

I signed in CIH MOBILE , and after 12 days of waiting , they messaged me to go to the agency to get my Card . I headed directly to get my card , and i was told that " the director is not here " come tommorow morning , i went the following day as i have been told but guess what . I found the director , however he disrespectfully , adressing me while he is on the phone ' the lady that will activate your acount is not here today which is wednsaday , and he told me that she can only be prsent at the agency on Monday . waiting to see what i will be told again !! yes it's true CIH is good , but its lack of tracking the agencies behavious and commitment is and will be its downful

I took my queue number and i was waiting for 30 mins, once it was my turn, i was sent home until next day. It was 1:30 pm and the agency closes at 3 pm, but the customer manager already left. And the director was giving the same answer to everyone * come back tomorrow *

I visited the Marrakech Mhamid 9 agency three times today, July 16, 2024, to ask about a loan. Each time, the bank director was not present, and I was advised to return later.

Always they say the system is inoperative, they think we still living in the 80s. Very bad experiences, do not open your account in this bank.
